Additional Instructions for Co-authors/ Delegates:
In a paper with more than one author, all authors cannot register as "Co-authors". One of the authors must pay the full registration fee, while others can avail a Co-author discount. The co-author registration discount can be availed only after one of the authors has successfully registered with the full registration fee. Co-authors who wish to avail a registration discount have to compulsorily indicate the fee payment details of the first author.

For extra pages Indian author have to pay Rs. 500 per extra page and foreign author USD 50 per extra page (up to 8 pages).
Every accepted paper must have a UNIQUE SEPARATE REGISTRATION, i.e., separate registration fee is to be paid for each accepted paper in order to be included in the proceedings.
Authors claiming discounted registration fee must produce valid proof for availing the discounted fee (copy of student matriculation card, IEEE membership card must be submitted). Registration fee includes Conference Kit, Breakfast and Lunch on conference days and Conference Gala Dinner.
REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION. PARTICIPANTS NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS. INFORMATION REGARDING NEARBY HOTELS AND THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.
