Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 6 pages (including figures, tables & references) in IEEE double-column format. If the number of pages exceed (up to 8 pages), the authors from India have to pay Rs. 500 per page and foreign authors USD 50 per page. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under submission elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers.
